Shiloh Teaching Accountability and Responsibility (S.T.A.R.) is an academic and recreation after school program of the Shiloh Family Life Center that is open free to the community for youth ages 12 – 17. Its goal is to accomplish a successful difference in the future lives of youth, families, ministries, and the community where we dwell. The program is held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 4 PM to 8 PM and typically coincides with the New London school calendar. S.T.A.R. Strives To Academic tutoring is held between 4 PM to 6 PM. Following tutoring, students can participate in various recreational activities such as the computer club, dance club, basketball, etc. If you would like to become a student you will need to complete the enrollment application, submit a report card and a health assessment record, and complete the youth survey. To obtain an application contact Mrs. La'Donna Wade, Asst. Director via email. If you would like to volunteer visit New London Clicks.org for more information on open positions. |
